  • Advancement Office

    Responsible for ACE's development and fund raising activity.

  • Center for Internationalization and Global Engagement

    Offers programs and services that enhance comprehensive internationalization on U.S. campuses and situate U.S. higher education in a global context.

  • Center for Lifelong Learning

    Recognizes and promotes adult learner programs in higher education.

  • Center for Policy Research and Strategy

    Conducts research and convenes researchers and policy makers to study issues of interest to ACE members, the media, and the higher education community.

  • College Credit Recommendation Service (CREDIT)

    Helps adults gain access to academic credit for formal courses and examinations taken outside traditional degree programs.

  • Division of Government and Public Affairs

    Coordinates and publicizes the efforts of the higher education community in representing its concerns to the federal government.

  • Emerging Leaders Group

    A group focused on programs and resources for rising administrators. This area includes the ACE Fellows Program.

  • Executive Leadership Group

    A group focused on programs, services and research for presidents and senior leaders from deans to presidents.

  • Higher Education for Development Program (HED)

    Coordinates the engagement of the higher education community to address worldwide development challenges.

  • Human Resources

    Human Resources at ACE.

  • Inclusive Excellence Group

    A group focused on programs, resources and research to foster greater diversity and inclusion in higher education, particularly within the senior leadership ranks.

  • Institutional Leadership Group

    A group focused on programs, research and resources that assist senior leaders in improving institutional capacity and effectiveness.

  • Meeting Services

    Responsible for meetings at ACE, including the ACE Annual Meeting.

  • Membership

    Provides membership services and information for eligible and member colleges and presidents (Membership is open to presidents of degree-granting institutions that are approved by a CHEA-recognized accrediting agency.

  • Military Evaluation Program

    Provides guidance to service members, civilians, military education centers, and colleges and universities interpreting military transcripts and documents.

  • Office of the President

    The office of the president of ACE.

  • Publishing Department

    Works collaboratively with ACE staff to oversee publishing strategies and create informed content for the higher education community.

  • Veterans Programs

    Collaborates with institutions to develop and enhance promising practices in serving military and veteran students and their families.
